These Terms & Conditions apply to the Sierra Experts website (sierraexperts.com) and to the Sierra Experts On-Call Alerts text message program described below. Sierra Experts is the business name of Sierra Experts Inc., 2 Robinson Plaza, Suite 300, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 (“Sierra Experts”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or enrolling in our text alerts, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Content
The text, graphics, logos and other content on this website belong to Sierra Experts Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share it for your own information, but you may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission. Sierra Experts and our logo are trademarks of Sierra Experts Inc.

7. SMS Terms
Program name: Sierra Experts On-Call Alerts.
Who sends the messages: Sierra Experts Inc. (Sierra Experts).
Who receives them: Sierra Experts employees and contractors who are on our on-call engineering rotation and have agreed to receive alerts. The program does not send messages to customers or the public.
What the messages are: automated alerts about customer service issues and incidents that need an on-call engineer, such as new or escalated support tickets, system monitoring alerts and outages. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you sign up: a Sierra Experts supervisor or NOC manager enrolls your mobile number after you give verbal consent using our on-call alert consent script. We record the date, time, mobile number and who enrolled you.
Message frequency varies with the number of incidents and your on-call shifts.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts. To rejoin, ask your supervisor to re-enroll you.

Consent is not a condition of employment or of any contract or purchase. If you opt out, your supervisor will arrange another way to reach you while you are on call.
Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: we do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
