IT Support for Southern California Businesses
Remote-first managed IT, security and Microsoft 365 support, with an established client base across Southern California.
Remote-first IT support for Southern California
Southern California is one of our largest client bases outside the Pittsburgh region. Those clients work with our team in Pittsburgh, three time zones away, and it works because almost everything in modern IT can be done remotely. We don’t have a California office or local staff, and we say so plainly.
The hours line up better than you’d think. When a Los Angeles-area office opens at 8 a.m., it’s already 11 a.m. here, and our 24/7 monitoring has been watching your systems overnight. If something needs attention, our helpdesk is a phone call away at 412.722.0707.
Planning for power shutoffs, wildfires and earthquakes
Southern California businesses plan for disruptions that most of the country doesn’t: wildfire seasons, utility power shutoffs during high-wind days, and the occasional earthquake. We help make sure an unreachable office doesn’t mean unreachable data.
Data that isn’t stuck in one building
Off-site and cloud backups, tested regularly, so a closed office or a damaged server isn’t the end of your files.
People who can work from anywhere
Microsoft 365, Teams and secure remote access configured in advance, so staff can keep working from home during an outage.
Clean shutdowns and fast restarts
Monitoring tells us when a site goes dark and when it comes back, so we can check servers and network gear as soon as power returns.
Security for a spread-out team
MFA, endpoint protection and cybersecurity services that protect laptops wherever people are working.
If your business handles personal information about California residents, privacy rules such as the CCPA may apply. We can help with the technical side, like access controls, MFA and logging. For what the law requires of you, talk to your attorney.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Southern California?
No. We have one office, our Pittsburgh headquarters. Our Southern California clients are supported remotely by our in-house team.
How does the time difference work?
Pittsburgh is three hours ahead of Pacific time. Support is available 24/7 through our on-call engineers, so a West Coast evening is not after hours for us.
Can you help us prepare for power shutoffs?
Yes. We set up off-site backups, cloud access and remote work ahead of time, and check your systems once power is back.
What if something needs hands-on work?
Most issues are solved remotely. If your setup will need hands-on work, we’ll explain how it would be handled before you sign.
