CFO/HR Director

Stacy Freshwater has served as the CFO/HR Director at Sierra w/o Wires, Inc. since 2007. In her current role, she administrates all necessary items regarding new hires, payroll, expenses, health insurance, and paid time off for employees. She also monitors every aspect of the finances and accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and relationships with Sierra distributors.

Prior to her role at Sierra, she held many roles at MARC USA from 1999-2007. During her tenure at MARC USA, as a Desktop and Collaboration Systems Manager, she managed all PC systems, including standardizations for all desktop users, administration of all collaboration systems, coordination of Emergency Response for Desktop Systems and Extensive Terminal Services utilization. Furthermore, in this role she provided Tier II/III Help Desk support for all corporate applications. In her role as a Help Desk Supervisor/Administrator, she planned the migration to Active Directory from Windows NT, produced and implemented trainings for Microsoft Office and the New Hire Orientation Program at MARC USA.

Stacy Freshwater received her B.S.B.A from Robert Morris College, Moon Township, Pennsylvania in 1999. Stacy has been a CFO of the Year finalist in 2015, 2014, and 2012.
