Joshua Knox serves as Sierra Experts’ Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager, leading the company’s day-to-day operations while overseeing the delivery of managed IT services and technical support. Joshua manages Sierra Experts’ engineering and support teams, helping streamline operations, improve service delivery, and maintain the high standards our clients expect. From complex infrastructure projects and cloud migrations to cybersecurity initiatives and ongoing managed services, he works closely with both clients and engineers to ensure projects are completed successfully and support requests are resolved efficiently.
