Josh Knox is the Manager of our Support team and a member of our Service Delivery department here at Sierra Experts. He has been a valued member of our Sierra family for over 6 years. Josh oversees all of Support projects, interactions with customer relations, and works closely with all of our Engineers.
Before joining Sierra, Josh attended Pittsburgh Technical College for Network Administration. After graduation, he moved on to become an IT Coordinator for a behavioral health practice that had over 20 sites across the United States. Josh was responsible for handling all of the day-to-day IT needs along with any issues that were reported on hardware/software throughout their network.
When he is not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and friends; relaxing with his two dogs, Molly and Jasper; discovering new restaurants; and flipping houses with his stepfather.
