Before working with Sierra, Technical Solutions Inc. had managed services through another company, and our operations were supported by one person. Getting support wasn’t easy, as the service was slow and unresponsive. In fact, our server went down, and upon contacting our managed services provider, we found out that our backup plan was never set up. As a result we were down for more than a week, resulting in unacceptable losses. To this day, there is data that has never been recovered.
When TSI decided to choose another managed services provider, we didn’t take the decision lightly. We met with a handful of different providers, and asked all of the right questions. At the time, we needed managed services, new computers, and website design. Ultimately we picked Sierra for the quality and convenience of a one-stop-shop.
The website design process was great. There were always clear lines of communication and fast turnaround. We’ve also been very happy with the managed services with Sierra. The team has always been able to resolve any issues quickly. We are difficult to please, but the engineers at Sierra are able to meet our high standards. We would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking quality IT services.
